About Growing Minds Collective
We provide non-therapeutic DBT-informed skills coaching designed to equip young people with coping skills and techniques to handle all of life’s ups and downs.
Our service is education based, focused on teaching skills rather than providing clinical assessment or treatment.
None of our counselors are licensed mental health professionals. Rather, they hold a certification to practice child, adolescent, & young adult counseling.
How does it work?
Our counselors curate special lessons tailored to the needs of children and young adults. Read through a few sample lessons to gain insight into what our program has to offer
Counseling Agreement
View our counseling agreement which highlights the nature of our services being centered around education on coping skills, rather than providing therapy or clinical assessments. If you or your child has unmanaged mental illness, we recommend also seeking assessment from a licensed mental health professional.
